Hi, how to install that mod, becouse in launcher i cannot see emergency one mod, just the other.

you need to download the mod manually from the website, then paste the folder thats inside that zip file into your EM5/Data directory. You cannot download and install it via the launcher.

And i will be using that mod everytime when i launch the game, or can i choose when to equip that mod?

You can choose. When you start emergency 20 and you go to modification you can take your choice
