  • Your game suddenly looks strange, crashes, or behaves oddly? Then you’ve probably been using a tool that was actually intended for developers.

    Emergency includes a debug tool created specifically for developers. As mentioned in the first sentence — this tool is intended for developers. Anyone who plays around with it and randomly presses buttons without knowing what they do is, frankly, responsible for any resulting issues. We do not provide support for this tool.

    However, if you've managed to break your game using it, there is a way to fix it:

    1. Press Windows + R and enter:
      %appdata%\Promotion Software GmbH\EMERGENCY 5\
    2. Delete the file:
      emergency_5_debug_settings
    3. If that doesn't help, delete the entire "Promotion Software GmbH" folder.
      The game will recreate it on the next start, resetting all settings to default.
